Your must be the same as your MAF is calibrated for.
If it is running rich, it needs checked for codes, the O2 sensors checked out, vac leaks chased down. You might as well go systematically through the surging idle checklist and find out the overall health of the system.

Help me create the "Surging Idle Checklist"

Updated 26-Oct-2019 to clarify creeping idle RPM increase as the car is being driven. Many of you are familiar with the "Cranks OK, but No Start Checklist for Fuel Injected Mustangs" checklist and the No Crank Checklist. They are very effective in finding and eliminating the problems by use of...

Some ebay injectors are junk, I just swapped out a junk set for some 19's out of my engine.
How limited is the speed shops or machine shops in Columbia?
You may be able to send them off to get flow tested, or just buy new, 24lb injectors won't hurt you as long as you get a matching MAF.
Remember, do one step at a time, too many times too many things get changed and it makes repairing the problem harder.
Give us a pic of that engine, and the rest of the car too. Let's see what you got there.

WHat heads? I didn't see them listed. If stock, 19# should be plenty. 19# is the original injector size. Xcam is pretty aggressive with stock heads and in general for a street car.

Go through post #3 and start with dumping the codes. This is a 1980 bodied car with a 1989 engine? What wiring was used?

Currently, I have all the wiring of a FOX, since I also Swap instrument panel 1993.

My heads, E7PA ported
MAF sensor F5UF 12B579 -BA
OEM 19LB injectors

Codes I only have EGR, and Pump (but this is not important because of the external pump circuit)

That MAF sensor is not correct for your application. It's an 95+ F150 5.0 MAF. It would cause your issues as the transfer curve is all wrong.

Can you take a picture of the electronics on top and the housing?

The correct, stock, 55mm MAF is part number:

E9ZF-12B579-AA, or F1ZZ-12B579-A

You can also run one of the below 70mm MAFS. These are the only part numbers you can use

1995-94 Mustang 3.8L F2VF-12B579-A2A,
1994-92 Crown Victoria 4.6L F2VF-12B579-A2A,
1995-94 Mustang, Mustang Cobra 5.0L F2VF-12B579-A2A,
1994-92 Town Car 4.6L F2VF-12B579-A2A,
1994-92 Grand Marquis 4.6L F2VF-12B579-A2A,

Those are all bolt-on flange style MAF's. You can either buy an adapter off Ebay for $10 to use with the stock airbox, or buy a 91-93 T-bird/Cougar MAF and use the housing only with the F2VF electronics listed above.

I understand if that might be a tad bit confusing
