cost to ship wheels & tires?

It's actually MUCH cheaper to tie/tape TWO together. If you do it this way, and you don't have a UPS/Fedex/DHL account.. it will probably be 80 bucks. Good luck.

Edit: Just noticed you said ONE wheel and ONE tire... If together, probably 25-30. If they are NOT mounted... tie them together somehow, it'll be cheaper.
 
I planned on taping and tieing 2 to each other and shipping them like that as I don't have a box to shipping them as a package. Probably use strapping tape and shrink wrap. thanks for the info.
 
I bought some draglites w/ 275/60/15's and they weigh about 50 lbs each if I remember correctly. It was like $26 from Florida to south-west Missouri for one tire/wheel. So around $100 for a set should be expected.

When I was looking, I checked fed ex, ups and the United States Postal Service (USPS) and found the US Postal Service to be the cheapest for large items. I did not check DHL.
