Couple that with a paint job which will really have to be done right and the rest of the repairs and restoration, it's a serious undertaking. Let's say on the low side 10k and high side 15k+, for a few more dollars you could take out a loan and buy a really nice low mileage excellent condition car.
A car that if you needed or wanted to sell, somebody would buy it.
Salvage title and 200,000 miles isn't going to be high on many people with 25 grand to spend on a foxbody's list.
