Crane Springs and 1.7 Rockers

I just installed a Crane spring, retainer, and lock set #44308 on my GT40 heads with a TFS cam and Crane/Cobra 1.7 Rockers. When everything was installed and the rockers were torqued down i checked the clearance between the rockers and the retainers and nothing seemed to be contacting, however i have read that people have had problems with this rocker spring setup and i am now paranoid that i will have clearance issues. I am just curious how many people are running this setup or something similar and have not had clearance issues.

as long as the rocker isnt coming into contact with the spring or retainer i wouldnt be paranoid. set a few up and turn the motor over by hand to see if everything clears.
