I have a mostly stock 1991 mustang GT hatchback with 38,000 miles. I'm looking to turn it into a street sleeper weekend driver with major power. I'm wondering if i should replace the entire engine with a 351W or upgrade my 302 with upper/lower intake, heads, and cam. How much would it cost to have a 351w installed? I want a/c and everything in the car still, even w/ the 351w. Does it fit with the car, do i have to replace much? I also want this application turbo charged and to have nitrous. What would an estimated price for that be w/o the turbo and nitrous but to have everything else installed?
If i decide not to go with a 351w then that leaves me with the 302. Which I would pretty much look to rebuild then. What do you suggest i do? I know it can be stroked/bored/polish to 347. How much would that cost? What upper/lower intake, heads, cams do you suggest (specific products please). What do you guys think of trickflow? I also want this application turbo charged and to have nitrous. How much would this be? And how much for an install w/o turbo and nitrous?
