Crossmember E-Brake Bracket missing

Previous owner added an FMX transmission and a different crossmember which does not have the little bracket for the emergency brake.

I have the e brake lines, and setup but I don't know what I can do to get it on.
Do I buy a new crossmember and have someone install it or can I just get a bracket and have someone weld it on.

What should I do?

The easiest thing would be to get another 65-66 crossmember and adapt it to the FMX. Never seen one of them in a 65-66, must be a tight fit.
