Heard there's supposed to be 50-60 thousand visitors in Saskatoon that weekend for various events around the city. Hopefully gonna have the car back together for the Friday street legals. Last time at the track I was down on power and fuel pressure, so out goes the worn-out GT pump and in comes the cobra tank and pumps. They're coming from southern states so hopefully they get here in time.

I usually race street legals on Fiday even though you don't get a bunch of runs in because of the numbers. Saturday is the 40th anniversary celebration at SIR with Funny, Jets and Altereds. Then Sunday is the big car show downtown with over 1000 cars usually showing up. Of course the most fun is cruisin 8th street 'til the wee hours. There's people everywhere in lawn chairs and parked watching the cars go by. It's probably the highlight of the summer for me. Hope to see a bunch of Fords roaming around. Cheers.

I am hoping to be there for the Street Legal Friday night with my 5.0L N/A TBird. That will be the only part I partake in though.

there are about 12 cars or so, coming up from the states for this show!
