Anyone tried these yet? I called Currie and they said they have a bracket that fits the small bearing Mustang rear to convert to 2004 Cobra calipers and rotors. I thought these would be a nice match to the Cobra retrofit I'm doing up front using the MustangSteve brackets...
I put a set of Wilwood 12.2" discs on my small-bearing 9 for about $700, to go along with the MS front kit you mentioned. The Cobra rear brakes are single-piston designs, and don't look remotely like the Cobra fronts do. Of course neither do the Wilwoods but they are a better design with bigger rotors than the Cobra has.
Someone ran a thread on 69stang.com about these brackets and did some basic math. It looks like you could do the 13" Cobra rear conversion for around $550, which ain't bad.
