Well my Zex box stopped working. I noticed it didn't turn on. So I emailed ZEX, and told them what was wrong that I had for a little over a year. 2 or 3 days later they emailed back with a number to call. I called and I talked to 5 reps until finally the person they transferred had a voica machine answer. SO i left a message. Waiting for a call back I didn't email ZEX for about a week!! I finally emailed Zex and told them what happen. No reply for about a week. I emailed them 3 days ago saying that I want this fixed whether I pay out of my pocket or not. And still no reply!!!! What should I do?? I dont want to boy a whole new Nitrous kit!

Hmmm...I was sold on buying a Zex kit this month. That makes me question it a little bit

Just keep harassing them. Always works for me. I had to harass some people about my HIDs today.

Have you double checked the box yourself? Is it a wet or dry kit?

The old dry kits like I have are bigger. If they don't get a proper ground, they will not turn on all the time.

If it's the new smaller box. You might check the bottle pressure. If it's much over 1,000 psi the box will shut down. One easy test for this is to purge the bottle before a run. It'll help the bottle cool down.

My buddy just ran into this last one at our track rental. It was a HOT mofo that day. He didn't have any problems getting a hold of Zex. Perhaps they are at a big show? I don't know how big or small the company is. But I know I worked for a smaller company that went to flight expos. It took half the company (and the brains) away for a week or two.
