Like the title says. My dad has a 66 Fastback.. mods in sig. The 4 speed is killer with the 4.11's. It wears me out to drive it around. Speedo doesn't work but it seems like i go to 4th gear at 40 mph. So it really kills the driveability. this car is not a track car. Its a cruiser that happens to have some balls. It would definately top out in no time at the 1/4 mile.
ANYWAY- Do I look for a whole posi rear end with a 3.55 in it? Whats the best/cheapest/effective route? Or do I take his rear end and have a 3.55 put in it? Is this all their is for the gear swap or rear end swap? Anything we might run into?
