My dad has an 03 F150 he bought new with 21k on the clock.
I notice that sometimes it has a hard time starting, mostly when the engine is cold (but not only when it sits overnight). Like today after watching a movie, I needed to crank it for like 4 or 5 seconds... When cold, the engine idles over 2,000 rpms.. is this normal? Also, every once in a while, the idle is rough...sometimes you can feel it in the cab...
It should still have warranty, so I'm thinking he should take it in before the warranty is up. Does it sound like the IAC? I understand the Triton has problems with its IAC as well..
