I have a 91 gt with a cam, gt 40 heads, headers, rockers, and 3.73 gears, it still has the stock upper and lower intake, what would be better to install, im looking at the ssi bbk intake vs. the cheaper cobra intake, its my daily driver so what would be best to add. im not thinking of taking it to the track i just want it to keep up with the cars around here where i live, basically ss camaros, trans ams etc. Any help will be appreciated, thanks for looking! I also have a set of 23lb injectors not installed that i was thinking about adding.

Im happy with my cobra intake and with your GT40 heads it would work well. paired with a 65 mm TB and have TMoss port the lower intake and you'd be set. just my 2cents for what its worth.
what cam are you running.

Honestly man Idk, I bought this car from my uncle and he did all the work, he got sick and couldn't afford to keep up with all his cars, I jumped at the offer considering he never wanted to sell it and I've always wanted a fox body, Idk what cam it is exactly, I'll find everything out, then list it for you man, I appreciate the help dudes!

The Cobra or Edelbrock Performer would be a good choice. One plus for the Cobra is you do not need a EGR spacer...

Ive always heard good things about the Performer intakes also, my boss ran one on his blown 351 back in the day and made some good power with it.

I have the Dec. issue of MM&FF and they have a notch with the performer rpm 2, the car runs 11s with nitrous, roller rockers, sct flash chip, and a bbk Cai. What do you run in your car aar0s? thanks again

my car is a slow, heavy ass auto convertible that might bust a high 13 if i have the wind at my back, right now im at 9.3 in the 1/8th.Last time it was dynoed it made 224 to the wheels that was before the trany rebuld. it would take one hell of a shot of nitrous to get my car to the 11's!
With the 3.55's it makes for a fun driver. its not going to beat everything on the road but i dont have to worry about getting around someone if i need to.

Explorer intake is an even cheaper alternative. You can get them complete with injectors and 65mm tb for 75-100

Lmao! You would probably have to just fill the tank with nitrous instead of gas! Mines auto as well but it has a shift kit, which is wierd as hell, it shifts way to fast, like I don't even have a second gear! I've heard of ways to hold 2nd but when I try it it goes back to 1st ?? Where can I find an explorer intake?

eBay, craigslist or you can go local junkyard and pull one yourself and get it for near nothing
