Yeah, I don't understand why no place sells them in dark charcoal...the black looks fine though. The contrast goes good with the other darker trim pieces inside the car.

I would have ordered custom dark charcoal Lloyd mats with grabber blue "GT" stitching and blue binding around the edges to match my interior and exterior but it would have been $120 + shipping vs the $65 shipped price that Moss has this month for the GT mats...definitely NOT worth that much extra for some blue contrast .

Considering Ford has been using the Dark Charcoal color instead of Black in Mustangs since 1999, it is strange these aftermarket companies offer Black at all for '05-up.

I got mine from Late Model Restoration ... $64.99/set. Had a few other things on the order for the guy who bought my '04 to dilute their fixed $14.99 s&h charge a bit too.

Here's a pic with the CDC dead pedal ... of course I had to delete one of the other pics as I can't have more than TWO on this site at a time; what's up with that ??

I'll try to post a pic later for comparison purposes between the Drake and CDC.

I had black mats in a 1990 fox body GT and they didn't quite match so I think Ford has been using charcoal carpeting for even longer than that!
