This stupid client which owes me 1200$ can't pay again! It's been 3 months, I need that cash for my Cobra R wheels and a new clutch, not to mention pay the rent. Now he sais Monday once again!

The urge to get my steel bar and start breaking his windows is starting to get too hard to let go. I told him I was going to shut down his website for failure of payment and he threatened to bring me to court because, in his words; "You're not allowed to cancel a service that I need for my business to run"... What kind of moron is that? I don't have time to go to small claims court and wait another couple of months before I get paid. Last "client" I had like that, I threatened to break his legs which in turn got him to pay his bill. Now this AGAIN!? I hate web design stuff now with a passion! Don't even have a computer at home anymore and I don't miss it!

Don't just shut his ass down. Hit him with a "Failure of prompt payment" fine. Then take his **** down. Make sure his "fine" costs half again what he owes you.

I'll take the sucker down, then give him back his chity little deposit. That way I don't have to hear from him again. I'll call other designers and warn them about this "client".

Seriously.. may be good advice "NOT" to post that you've threatened to break the legs of unpaying clients. deadbeats or not, that's abuse in the eyes of the courts.

Of course, hobbling and chuck'n em through a wood chipper.. I think that's KooL

I got a deal on 4 used Cobra R's for 450$ he's a good friend of a friend. Sucks don't it lol... Oh well I might give you a call this winter about new wheels since now I'll have to pay full price :/ I got a full time job so I don't have to chase after cash anymore. I plan on spending close to 8 grand for the Mustang this winter so watch out man! lol
