Decoding my VIN Plate

If someone could tell me if I am decoding it correctly, I would be grateful. I put the numbers into an online decoder and I got an axle ratio of 3.89:1. That option was only available on the Hi Po package. I have a 289 2V V8. The VIN plate is as follows:

Is the number "8" my axle code?? My driver side door is apparently from another Mustang so that really doesn't help me much. Thanks again!

So the "8" does not give me the axle code? It seems like a valid replacement to the door tag which is not correct. Do you happen to know where the axle ratio stamping is on the axle so I can find it? And what about the door with the RM?? You think someone took the door off because of it?
