I have to work on the under side of my car later. I have to change out the positive battery wire too. and i have a trans leak.

I'm looking to get a degreaser to clean up the under side. I don't have a water hose to wash it off since i'll be doing it in a building garage.

any sugestions. of what to use and what not to use?

thanks in advance.

Gunk foamy engine cleaner, a scrub brush, and a hand held spray bottle full of water is how I cleaned mine. You can really limit the amount of water you use with the spray bottle. You can buy them at home depot. Don't forget the goggles. Dan

I love that castrol purple power. Works awesome. The nice thing is you mix it for strength with water. so you control how potent you want it.

lol...id try and find a hose.

its so easy to degrease on a lift with a little water....then use a floor squeegee. itll clean the floor too lol.

of course ive only done that at a dealership where i worked....they always hose em out... your probably referring to something different

otherwise your stuck with Brakleen or whatever it is
