Accurate transmission in belleville... Guy knows his stuff! You can have Lou rebuild it and pro shift it heh.... 734 699 9042. This guy rocks.

I took my car in this morning instead of going to work and it was silent. I Think the diff must not have had a chance to get any of the friction modifier splashed on it so it was making all that noise. Working fine now!

Yeah Ive heard those trannies are junk. I dont know why they stopped using the T45. Mine has been tortured and it is still alive (KNock on wood). Anyways, pro shifting rules. They take out the syncros and the dog ear the gears one 2nd 3rd and 4th so they slide in real easy. Makes powershifting a dream... Down side is that you cant downshift anymore. You have to come to a complete stop and put it into first. So it makes it tough to street drive em. But who really needs to downshift from a light? Heh

I hate to change the subject...but do you guys know of a good place to take my car to get my Bassani tail pipes modified/rebent to give me some more clearance for my new wider tires? I hate to go to some monkey shop and watch em cheese it up...anything in the Waterford area? Any good custom exhaust shops around?

Thanks,
PJ

Keiths Exhaust on Wayne road in Westland does awesome custom work. Really good price too. Hes done my car and most of my friends cars. I dont have a number for it, but it should be listed.

Change the subject........haha, this thread does'nt have a subject!!!!!

So Dale, what you're saying is that if i had my trans *pro-shifted*

I would'nt be able to downshift at all until I came to a stop?
That would be great for drag racing, But I do like to turn and whatnot somtimes..lol

Dale,
Bit of advice since u've been outta commissoin for a while. Steer clear of Randazzo's. They're giving everyone tickets, yet moron's seem to keep going back. I hope to one day get to see that thing. You should let me know if you're ever gonna stop by 50's. Neways, have fun cruising and BEWARE OF THE LOITERING TICKETS lol.

Thanks, thats what Ive been hearing. People are stupid about that place. They hang out there and leave trash all over the parking lot. Its no wonder that the cops throw everyone out. If people didnt make a mess that randazzos had to clean up every morning, I bet they never would have said a thing about it. It sucks too, that was a great place to hang out. If I can get out early enough maybe Ill go by 50's. That place closes to early tho.

Not sure, just got home from telegraph and my clutch already burned up. First time I race it, clutch is wasted. I think Ive determined that it IS in fact possible to have too much tire. Gonna put my DRs on it tomorrow, it cant handle to 11.5 ET Streets.

I was out at gratiot tonight and saw some pretty sweet cars. Anyone know a hot blonde that drives a black 90's LX with purple-ish flames??

Everyone still goes up there... but don't park in the actualy Randazzo's lot. Me and my buddies are usually straight at the Dollar Store lot or Ralleys. If anyone seems me cruising, be sure to give me a stangnet hollar. NA88GT License plate on a white '88 GT should give me away.

I got a loitering ticket my first time out at Randazzo's--I didn't know we couldn't be there, otherwise I wouldn't have been. The cop said that they've been giving warnings and friday the 16th (when I got my ticket) they actually started doing something about it. Kinda sucks cuz I have/had no intentions of messin up the parking lot or anything. Wrong place, wrong time..
