I've decided against the custom grind cam for now.
What I've decided to try 1st is a custom Diablo sport chip. I send all my info to my local Diablo dealer and they send a few programs up from Florida. Myself and the Diablo rep go to my engine builders dyno and try out the different programs. If they don't help I don't buy it. It's guaranteed. All I pay for is the dyno time.
This is the cheapest route for me to try and tie all my mods together for now, so lets see what happens.
Does anyone have experience with Diablo ? They guarantee 7-15% increase in horsepower and higher for torque. Time will tell.
Oh yeh, I put the insurance back on my car and took it for a spin yesterday. Well I guess the computer has to relearn the mods and cam again because it stalled out on my quite a few times. The battery died several times during the winter cold storage and had to be recharged.
