i just bought a diablo tuner and have no probs w/ downloading tunes straight to vehicle. but i cant get the predator to interact w/ my laptop. the tuner didn't come w/ any software or cd to install. am i missing something? is there something i can download from diablo website? any help

First things first did you buy the communication cable and power adapter? Do a search you can find part numbers which can be used to pick up the parts from Radio Shack.
Next you go to the Diablosport site and download DS Downloader and CMR_DAT
once you're on the site it's self explanitory.
