Diaphragm clutch

This is probably a dumb question but is the king cobra clutch a diaphragm clutch. The reason I ask is I bought a new lakewood clutch fork for a diaphragm clutch and it is about 1.5 inches shorter than the stock one. The part # is lak-15535. Has any one ordered this clutch fork and did it work.

Yes, it's a diaphram clutch.

Although Summitracing says that fork will work with a 94-95 Mustang, it also shows that it'll work with a Fox Mustang, which leads me to believe it's designed with the other cars in mind. I don't believe the two are interchangable, but I have no experience other than what I've seen work over the years when others have used Fox transmissions in our cars, or used our transmission in a Fox.

I called lakewood and they said this clutch fork would work on the 94-95 cars. This weekend i'll try it and see what happens.

The clutch fork I used for my TKO setup was for a Fox and was much shorter than the stock 94-95 fork. I don't know if it's gonna work if you still have a T5/stock bellhousing. I guess try it out though.
