Did Vortech just lower the price by $1200??

What exactly is the difference between the tuner kit & full kit? I assume you would need injectors if there is no FMU, what else?

I dont really WANT a Vortech, but its hard to beat for that price. How much power/what kind of ET gain is there with bolting on a s-trim onto a basically stock 94/95 & running the recommended boost?

Just did a bunch of price searches on superchargeersonline.com and came up with this:

V1 Satin Kit - $2499
V1 Polished Kit - $2699
V1 Satin Tuner Kit - $2549
V1 Polished Tuner Kit -$2749

V2SQ Tuner Kit Satin - $2549
V2SQ Tuner Kit Polished - $2749
V2SQ Polished Kit - $3475
V2SQ Satin Kit - $2499

How could the V2SQ Satin kit be the cheapest? I checked the email quote twice to make sure I got the right part #. For $2580 shipped (SQ Satin kit) that is a helluva deal, can anyone find a place to beat it?

No argument here, but remember, Paxton and Vortech are owned by the same company.......
And that's the part I don't understand.

Riddle me this: In heads-up racing (NMRA Real Street in particular), why are Paxtons required to have a bigger pulley on the supercharger than any others (less boost)?

Just trying to start trouble....:D
