Well I am out of ideas and going to start tossing parts at it. New distributor this afternoon... Fingers crossed.

Sounds exactly like what mine was doing. It was the PIP in the distributor. I Swapped in a parts store dist and the random dying out went away.

Put a new distributor in tonight. Let it ideal for 20 min, kept running. Good sign. Drove it around and it didn't kill. I believe it is fixed. It had a different stumble 2 times under steady load condition. Just a quick miss. But it kept running so I think the new distributor fixed that problem.

Im stoked I finally got it but the wife is even happier since it's her ride. It was close to gettin a carb upgrade!!!!
