Difference between 69&70 rim blow wheels? (and column question)

What is the exact difference between a 69 and 70 rim blow steering wheel? Can i change parts on one from a 70 to make it correct for a 69?

Does the rim blow wheel require any column mods to replace a regular one or is all the horn wiring and hardware the same?

Also in an unrelated question anyone happen to know if the steering column is at all different between manual and power steering on a 69 or do the differences start at the box?

I did not change my column when swapping from a automatic to 4-speed on my 69. I do not think there are any differences in the column--at least that I know of anyway. On the steering wheel I am not aware of any differences there either. I do know that the 69 standard column and tilt column have a difference where there is a signal canceller that clips to the bottom of the steering wheel on the tilt application.
