I was wondering what the difference is between and aftermarket 79-93 mid pipe and a 94-95 mid pipe. I see that most ads differentiate between the two, but occassionally I see some that list a mid pipe fitting 79-95.

The reason I ask is that I know a guy I can get one from for a great price but it was for his 95. He says that its the same except for the hangers. Is this true and if so, then I should be able to buy it, bolt it up and then have someone weld in two hangers for me correct?

BTW, my car is a 91 LX.

Thanks

Correct..the hangers are different and the AIR pipe is located a little farther back. Other than that they are similar. Although I bought a used 95 to install on my 89 and couldn't make it work without bending a few pieces.
