Whe converting from the SN95 engine electronics to Fox electronics, does the coil need to be changed? On the SN95, the coil had a condensor type of thing mounted to the side of it with a connector on it which connected to the harness. The Fox harness does not have this connector. Will the coil work properly without it or do I need the proper coil?

Not sure. Maybe try posting it in the 94-95 section. I'm sure someone in there has upgraded their coil and could probably tell you.

i dont know what the ballast thing is you speak of, but i seem to recall that coils are sold for 87-95 stangs - same part number (im not super sure on that; it is just my recollection).
