I will hopefully take my old (actually brand new Y303 Ford heads) on Thursday. I am not a very good source of info on cams. I have a roller block for one but I used a Comp Cams Magnum cam in the past and was happy with it. I would look at summit and look for the rpm range you would be going in and purchase a cam based on that. You obviously dont want one with a 3500-8500 rpm range. I would say 1500-6000 rpm would be a good place to start. AFR gave me a recommendation of a cam to use so a call to the experts may be in order.

I decided to put a blower on my car so I had to find a head that would work well with my new combination. It is kind of sad, I have not even timed my engine and I am taking it apart. Anyone looking for a some Y303 heads?

I haven't even thought of a price yet. The only only thing that make them not exactly as stock is I put a bolt in the drivers side emission port (back of the head) with locktite so it is not coming out. There is a pair on Ebay now for $700 with 3 days left that is "new" so I guess $600 is a fair price. PM is you want to talk some more.
