Digital Code Reader?

Does anyone have a digital code reader? I bought the Actron but ended up returning it in hopes of finding the digital one - does actron even make a digital reader, or is it only make by Equus?

There are alot of scanners out there, but a decent digital one will run no less than $150. The one I want is an Auto X-Ray unit, the one for our computers is about $250
