So I go out to my car after work the other night to find it dinged by on of our ambulances. It took the paint off all the way to the bare metal. I filed an incident report with my supervisor. He said to check back during the week to see what they are going to do about it. Pisses me off that someone I work with is so careless 
I have a feeling they won't do anything about it. Can I file a claim against their insurance over it? The damage was documented and photos taken.
