I've looked into doing my own twin turbo setup, but not sure what else I need.
So my plan is to use two 57mm turbos, will be using flexibale steel tubing 2-3 in, not sure. So I would also need a blow off valve and Im not sure where to go after that, as far as fuel/air mixture and anything else.I wont be using the regular turbo manifold setup, so I wont need any different headers. What can of gains can I expect, will my car/transmission support this kind of power? Any help would be great.

i suggest doing a lot more research before u try to build a turbo kit when ur not even sure what all ur going to need. u will need bigger fuel injectors, fuel pump, turbo's, wastegates, blow off valve, intercooler, oil line kits for the turbo's, pipes from the turbo's to the intercooler then to the throttle body, a tune, and figure a couple hundred for miscellaneous stuff that ur forgetting about until ur halfway through it. not to mention ur going to need to have ur exhaust completely redone from the heads to the turbos and then from the turbos back. im not sure about how strong the stock tranny is, but u wont be able to run much over 8psi on a stock block and will need a dang near perfect tune to keep it reliable.

how are you going to use flexible steel tubing, I don't understand? Do you mean like dryer hose? LOL If you want more info on building turbo setups checkout the following links:
