Do I need a shim kit? anyone have the part number?

Setting my valvetrain, got it on the compression stroke, base circle, zero lash. When I go for the 1/4 turn, a couple of them (seems to be mostly intake valves) turn about 1 1/2 - 2 times around before they tighten up.

Stock pushrods, 1.7 rockers, TW heads, stock cam.

Do I need a shim kit? Any help at all, thanks.

You should have stud mount rockers (shims are for ped mount only) On the combo's I have delt with, they require a longer pushrod 6.7 to 6.75 is where I end up in many cases.

Measuring with a adj pushrod is the ony true way to check the geometry
