Well, my 2 cents. I know in advance if it's a little cooler, and especially if it has recently been raining, my car is faster than normal..

Just relocate the IAT to a place away from engine heat....that will fix the problem for the most part. HEATSOAK baby...thats the problem, its fooling the computer into thinking its hotter than it actually is and it pulls timing.

After the relocation my car ran the same unless the weather actually changed....unsually after it warmed up it would loose power. But after that it didnt
