Does Summitracing Stage 2 intake = Weiand Stealth ?

Who makes the Summit Stage 2 intakes? These look like clones of the Weiand Stealth intakes, but for $40 less than the Stealth. Is it just a house label on an intake made by Holley/Weiand or an generic off-shore replica? The Summit brand even has the rear coolant crossover and all the vacuum and water ports like the Stealth...
