I'll update with pics as I can.
What I'm doing:
Pulling engine
Degreasing engine/tranny/engine bay
Stripping engine to shortblock and replacing oil pan, oil pump, pump shaft, timing chain and gears.
Replacing rear main seal, clutch, throwout bearing, etc.
Adding Explorer intake, GT40 heads, FMS 1.6 roller rockers, 65mm TB and EGR
Painting valve covers, front cover, block and heads (maybe all accessories).
Converting to rear disk brakes, adding SN95 MC, sn95 axles, etc.
It's a lot of work, but I hope to get it all done in a decent amount of time.
"started" today with the exhaust removal. For not driving in the salt/ice, etc I have a lot of rust on the bolts. I started without using wd40 and got one nut off. Right now I'm stuck removing the O2 sensors. Those things are in there.
I hate rusty crap.
