Door/Fender rubbing - How Should I Move The Fender?

Many have noted how they park way away from places and walk the distance to keep their stang out of harms way. I do the same and I try to park by curbs and what not, so I only have one side exposed. I did this Sunday and it came back to haunt me when I somehow managed to clip the front bumper/fender at the bottom where they meet on the curb It wasn't that big a of a deal since it didn't do much really, until I noticed Tuesday that the door is now contacting the fender when I open it. What is the best way to push a fender back w/o denting and all that stuff. I could snap a picture if desired. I need to fix this ASAP as I might actually have someone looking at it this sunday to buy it.

Not a chance in hell! It's actually rubbing about 4-5 inches from the top of the fender. I'll prob. loosen the bolts, but it doesn't look like it moved any - guess it must have if it's rubbing . We'll see. Thanks.
