I went to Ford this morning to buy a lower door hinge for my 93 and they said they do not sell them anymore. The aftermarket source like Latemodel Restoration does not sell the complete hinge assembly. The lower hinge looks like it has three pieces. The metal tab that holds the door open against the little wheel is broke off so the door won't stay open. Does anyone have a good source for OEM hinges?

I thought I saw those on 50 resto. The part on the door is welded on I work at a junkyard and we wouldn't sell that off of a good door because it needs to be cut off.

What is wrong with yours?? Mine was saggin so I bought the pin and bushing kit. Door works good now. Oh I think you said your wheel is broke off right?? Well, try 50 resto again..I swear I saw one there.

My drivers side door wouldn`t stay open either, but I didn`t care about that.
I just replaced the pins and bushings with new Ford parts on the drivers door last year.

There is a third piece to the lower door hinge that I can't find. There is spring plate that the roller rides against which holds the door open. It is located on top of the body hinge. This part is broke and I would like to replace it. Anyone seen this part offered anywhere?

I was just on the 50 resto site and they do carry the upper, lower hinges and and hinge pins.

Try these # on there site.

Upper Hinge # 22814a = $26.95
Lower Hinge # 22814b = $26.95

Door Hinge pin # bp7 = $5.95
Oversized Bushings # bp7r= $5.95
