Dose anyone have a mustang like this?

I just recently got my 01 mustang vert and it has some weird options like the calipers are painted red and it has other bullet trim options like the stainles door locks and stuff and the dash cluster says 35th anniversary wich I think is off judging by the model year and it is only a v6.

It's not my car, and I understand perfectly.
It's the easiest way to get a brushed aluminum bezel for the gauges. Looks awesome, and most people would never notice the little 35th Anniversary script.
