When I did my 5 lug, I bought new moog balljoints for a 94/95 and pressed them in. While I was there, I bought new poly bushings. Basically rebuilt the front arms. I'd go that route as opposed to spacers. I bought my disc brake cables from a guy on ebay. $99 for all 3 with clips.
