I'm going to order some Weld Racing Prostar's for the back for when I go to the track, since I'm tired of borrowing them from friends all the time. I need to know what backspacing I need, and what size slick I can run. The backspacing options I have are 3.5". 4.5" or 5.5", and the rims are 15x8. I'm planning on getting some street slicks, so I can at least drive to the track with them on. Thanks!

I know you can run a 15x10 with a 26-11.5-15 tire but I can't remember what the backspacing is on it. My buddy has this setup on his mach. The 15x10 will give you a bigger contact patch than the 15x8.

I'll do whatever it takes to get something less than 1.8. So long as I am not scrubbing the insides of my fender with tire.

power adder with the 4.10's = 28x10.5

n/a = 26x10.5

backspacing = 5.5 on an 8" rim. 6.5 on a 10" rim
