driveplate to crankshaft orientation

since im replacing my NPI motor with a PI motor that was previously mated to a manual tranny but will now be mated to my existing automatic,how should I install the driveplate? reason I ask is in my repair manual it says to make a scribe mark on the driveplate and the crank hub,but obviously that could not be done,since im removing a flywheel and installing a driveplate from the NPI motor.

just dont want to end up with a vibration or something.

Can't be indexed because it was never together in the first place. Just put it together and take your chances. Good luck.
