driver side front sits lower?

Does anyone know why my driver side front sits lower than the passenger side? I thought it was due to a blown strut, but after my install today, it still sits about a 1/4" lower then the other side. So needless to say i am stumped! I was happy to get rid of the 4x4 though

Well.... You asked. You haven't been letting any fat chicks drive your car have you. HMM?

It can probably be your spring insulators. You might have one worn more than the other. Also maybe the position of how the spring is in its perch. It can a lot of things.

i had the same problem with my ranger, changed the shocks but it did not help, and I didnt let any fat chicks in either.

nope, no fat chicks. The spring isolators are fine, i thought that maybe the problem as well so i made sure to check them. The springs are exactly where they should be as well. I took my sweet time doing the install so everything would be exactly right. So I dont know what I can do, maybe i will have to start picking up fat chicks and have them sit on the other side to even it out? oh man, what the hell am i saying!!

Is it possible it needs a good alignment? I have no idea what they adjust when they do an alignment.... but after the install the car seems to drive as straight as it did

Maybe you have a really heavy battery. I would stay away from the fat chick idea, that would really add to your 1/4 mile times.
