driverside cam/valve cover removal

Is removing the driver's side cam cover as hard as it looks? I havent attempted to do it yet, it looks like a PITA. Is there any easy methods to accessing the 3 lower bolts that are croweded with the clutch cable and master cylinder and assciated stuff? I can't help but feeling like an idiot asking simple questions like this, so someone please tell me I'm not the only one that has small problems like this.

It will take a little patience but you can do it. You will also have to twist and manipulate the cover to pull it out but it can be done.

Shoot! you guys should try the passenger's side on an auto!! F@#$ing impossible!!!

The driver side on mine comes right out with very little coaxing. You just have to pitch and yaw that bastard a bit. It doesn't lift straight off. Don't think like a robot, and it'll come right out.
