Anything's fixable with a big enough hammer and a lifetime supply of Bondo and JB Weld...

Seriously, if someone T-boned my notch that hard - assuming I survived and escaped being crippled - I'd take whatever the insurance would gimmie (assuming the asshat hitting me has insurance at all), score a few junkyard parts, and get to beatin' that sucker back into shape. NO Fox is unsalvagable, IMO ... unless the frame is physically ripped apart in some insane 120 MPH rollover, or something. "Totaled" is no longer a meaningful term in today's world; if someone so much as backed into my fender in a parking lot, that would "total" my car, according to what the Blue Book trade-in value is worth.

It'll buff out-

Glad your buddy is ok

It really doesnt look that bad. I've seen alot worse repaired. If you dont want to repair it.......................

Take the insurance money. Buy it back. Find a nice, clean roller and start swapping parts!

Worked for me. Bought my 4 cyl back from my dad and bought the 5.0 back from the junkyard for $200. Ended up being an awesome deal. Lot's of work transfering everything over but I've learned a lot about cars as a result and I'm proud of what I've done.
