Dual Circuit Fluid Coolers

Just wondering if anyone ever used one before and how well it works out. Im putting a c6 in now and need a transmission cooler, and my engine oil cooler can use an upgrade so mind as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone. The one I am looking at is Perma-Cool Maxi-Cool Dual Circuit Fluid Coolers p/n 13311. You can also get an thermostat for it, 170 degrees on and 162 degrees off.

I'm just curious as I don't run either but.. Is this for a race car or a street car? I can see the logic in having a tranny cooler but an oil cooler on a street Fox doesn't seem like a good idea at all unless you're towing with it or something. Reduced pressure and oil volume coupled with oil that may not reach proper operating temps all sounds like bad medicine.

Well its not street but I wouldnt say full race.
351w, typhoon intake, demon 750 blow thru carb. Internals still stock until next winter.
