So i bought the mach 1 Brake package from buy ford racing for like $320

....tell some dude i saw at a Burger place and he offers me $650 because he said ford doesnt make those brakes anymore (Fool)

Then i take the $650 and buy brand new Focus RS calipers, Brembo rotors, and braided lines off Craigs list.

....Tell some guy at the gas station and he said he has been looking for those "Limited Edition" calipers from Europe.... i sell him all my stuff for $1,200 (Thats what the dude offered me)

Now i have $1,200......Fck Yeah!!! :D

If you just let them make the assumption then I don't think it's ripping them off, however if you go along with it, hinting at it and repeating their comments and maybe adding to it, then well, it's immoral, ignorant perhaps even, but certainly not ripping someone off. To rip someone off is to sell a 1/18 scale toy, car, rather than the real thing, or to tell someone you have a house appraised at 375k and you're sleeping with the appraiser, and it's only worth 250 from a flood that damaged the foundation ( something many people would never notice ).

Immoral, but nothing to lose sleep over.

Remember that video of the guy at the car show with the like, 96-98 GT mustang, that had a crazy like, body kit, stickers everywhere, and had "R" stickers on it, like it was a special edition? The guy making the video asked him if it was turbo, the guy responded yes, then asked if it was rotary, guy responded yes, then asked if it had pistons and all that, guy responded yes, then said "so it's a R version Mustang with a turbo'd rotary and pistons and all that stuff right, like, the rare one huh? The guy responded yeah, yeah, it's fast.

Just imagine that guy, that is probably the guy that bought the brakes off him. And the second time around was the dudes cousin Padre, who bought them for his 1988 Cobra special edition, with the canadian windsor engine and staggered wheels from the 75 bullet Boss Formula GT-R LM french driven rally winner from romania, the one with chrome trim around the cam barrings and 7 core alumized nickel plated radiator! :flag:

just to let you guy know i had no intention on selling the mach brakes, let alone the brembo..... these dudes just made me offers so i took there offers.

..... just to my luck i know someone who is selling a used (2000 miles on them) Cobra R set up for $650 (car got totalled).... most likley gonna go pick that up friday.

i am getting some more MM **** with the rest of the cash :hail2:

....and yes Exindust.... i did buy some more weed :nice:

I want some of those Focus RS calipers. If i had 18" wheels, they would be on my Xmas list. They look sexy!

they do fit some 17 inch wheels...such as 03 cobra's and 95' cobra R's.

they are exactly the same as the R's but silver

Better hope neither one of these guys posts on here. You could find yourself with a knock at the door and blood all over your Abercrombie and Finch shirt again. :nonono:

fxckin' junkie:notnice:

Lol, you don't know what the word junky means. Go to http://heroinaddiction2.com/ and look around at local methadone clinics. Also before ever using a word such as that, I would memorize this entire website: http://www.erowid.org/ I don't even smoke, but junky should be used very lightly, as some may be offended badly. It's a certainty of mine that 99% of the people I've ever met have no idea what addiction really is, nor do they know what a junky is, or how to use the word. That is very 6th grade, which all in all could be a good thing who knows, I just hope you're not a counselor. All in peace and goodness.

:SNSign:

A junky is someone who destroys everyone and everything around them. They use people, fight one or more addiction at a time, just, uhg, I guess I'm just sensitive to it because of personal experience with a friend losing control.

My bad I shouldn't come off so narrow minded.

First off let me say that I absolutely despise people who "Rip" others off, that being said I do not think that anyone got "Ripped" off in this particular case. Nothing was misrepresented and the buyers offered to pay that much for the brake kits. IMHO if both of the said individuals have enough money to pay what they did for the brake kits without properly researching then its there loss and there lesson to learn.
