Dyno Comparison of LT/Mid Pipe Gain

I ran across this stuff and found it interesting

I almost always tell peeps to go with LT's over shortys

It is true this guy did go with a different mid pipe
so
For all we know ... he may have had the OEM 4 cat mid pipe
and
In a worse case kinda deal ... it could have been clogged up a good bit
therefore
You can't say the entire gains were a result of the LT's alone

Now the catback ... Well ... That on an almost stocker ..............

Gains from that would be nuthin ... or ... very little

anyway

This time ... I thought I'd include the source data
and as usual ...
I put em next to each other for a better way to see ... the big pic

Not a lot from me needs to be said as the pics kinda speak for themselves
however
Two things really stand out

1) While you might say ... the LT combo drops like a rock VERY early (5K)
notice the stocker starts to fall at 4500

2) The torque gain ... is ... S I G N I F I C A N T

Yes ... That is where I saw the posted charts.

They were posted in such a way the quality was good enough that I
could obtain reasonable guesses on the tq & hp values.
