DYNO numbers: car running rich

Am I missing something? He is running an offroad pipe, so does he have MIL eliminators? If not it would cause a rich condition right? If anything the LT themselves would cause the car to lean out some, not run rich.
Not sure, but the tune can have the rear 02's turned off. He needs teh tune anyways

I agree with you. I think that his problem would go away if he can take care of the o2 sensors. By looking at his mods, his car should be slightly on the lean side, not rich.
No no no... He does not need a custom tune to fix the problem. the rear o2's have absolutely no effect on performance. They are there only to test the effeciency of the cats. With the mods he has there should be no reason the computer can't adapt enough to keep the a/f within a reasonable range. Something else like the MAF, TPS, AIC, or FPS, is probably reading out of range. A custom tune could possibly fix the a/f ratio but once he finds and corrects the real problem. His custom tune would then be off, possbily creating a dangerously lean condition, and he would have to pay for a second tune.
