I'm gonna agree with most of this, if I was to build this I would get the EFI spider intake setup. The lightning MAF(on ebay it's like $80) www.massair.com obd1 to obd2 adapter harness, possibly convert the harness to a fox harness get either an A9L or a cobra computer X3Z. Try to get a JLT true cold air setup and modify it to fit, I can run my car wide open stop get out of the car and grab ahold of that thing and the outside of it is just above body temp.

I know they are pricey but iwould look at a custom FTI cam. He will work with you to get what you want out of the combo. He made mine just like i asked and i told him that passing Cali smog with my 347 was a very important part of my buildup. I passed easy and the car feels like its making great power. Eec Analyzer guesses around 425flywheel hp(that would be nice). My heads are super small for my combo too, and my Cam makes your look like a baby especially in the lift department. I would look there.
