My question is will a dyno tune net me much more power than leaving my car the way it is untuned?

All I have done to it is a cat less X and a CAI. CEL is on cuz of the rear o2's.

My rear end is trashed and I am getting it replaced on monday with an IRS from a cobra. After the fix I was gonna save my pennies and get a tune.

Do I need a tuner for them to play with or do they flash the computer? Is it pointless with my current set up or will I benefit much?

96 GT 5spd.

At least it's more erect and not floppy anymore.

I believe you need a tuner and honestly a dyno tune is not needed right now with the current mods you have.
