Dyno Tune Tomorrow Need advice

Ok, so tomorrow after over a month of waiting, i'm FINALLY getting my dyno tune. I just have a few questions about what I should bring along with me, in addition to things I need to know to ask to be tuned out, or adjusted.

Such as:

Fan temps, I have a 180* stat, what should I set temps at?
Tune out the timing reduction on the shifts
Egr and smog removal
Its a switch chip, so I want him to put some dead switches in it for security

The mods to my car are in my sig, if anyone has any helpful advice I would be very greatful!!!

If you hava any drivability issues ............

Be very specific with your explanation so he has the best chance of dealing with them.

you could also have the kick panel opend up and ready to pull the ECU for him
