You also said you had belts rubbing??? Do you think maybe at WOT they rubbed more than at idle?
i was thinking of that but my tuner didn't seem to think much of it... Im calling vortech up today and see if they have any advise... I think the cause of that problem is the UPR smog pump delete pully... If anything i think i can mod that a little to get the right alignment of the belts. If the upr product isn't the cause then my belt tensioner must be...

I was looking at the video i had taped and when he hit it there was some white smoke that was coming out (almost like it was too rich)

If it is white smoke then that isn't good. Usually white smoke means one thing, a blown head gasket or worse. I would do a compression check just to make sure everything looks good in that department. However, if a cylinder(s) isn't firing at all the raw fuel coming out the pipe could look white as well.

Well the car is still up at the dyno shop, but i went up there today and redid my pully, so that the belts don't rub, I put new NGK v-racing plugs in (gapped to about .033), and I turned the bypass valve around.

The tuner is waiting on a chip from Ford Chip (Jerry), Usually my tuner does his own work but he wants to rule out that its not him...

As far as the smoke goes it wasn't a lot.. I think it is just fuel. It didn't do it all the time either just when he mashed the pedal.

I should know for sure by tomorrow morning if it runs or not.

You sure the inline pump is working. Mine died one day and I had nothing but sputtering down low. I couldn't even get the car to move that much. I would have dynoed at 8HP that day. The ground had come undone on the inline. Two minutes later I was spinning threw 3 gears.
you nailed it right on the head... My inline pump isn't working correctly. It screams but its not doing anything. We finally noticed today that the fuel pressure was going down to zero with a load. So we bypassed the inline and it goes from 40 psi to 30 psi (no vacuum) now. Which says there was something wrong with the inline pump. (maybe a propeller is stuck or something  )

We have double and tripple checked to make sure that its wire correctly and that it is flowing in the correct direction.

once you get a charger all motor sounds better and better when you're having problems. when its boosting properly you wouldnt even thing of going all motor.

i had a friend here that wired his up backwards too but they figured it out on the dyno , and as far as the plug s that would be the other problem it won't run under boost with that much gap i did the same thing but didn't know til i went to the track and only ran a 12.72 shifting at 4k but it was poping as missing real bad ! i regapped the plugs and it was fixed are you running and fmu if you are you might be able to make a pull without a chip i made 425 at the wheels with no chip . :nice:

A little update. I got on the internet and ordered a new walbro 255 inline pump yesterday. Had it shipped overnight and it actually made it here today.

Got it from import power online... Can't believe i had to go to some import place to get it shipped overnight. Probably won't work either.

So monday morning i should have new dyno results. Oh i got the chip from fordchip. Jerry just sent all the programming and stuff via email and my tuner burned it on a chip. Had to use the special diablo chip for Jerry's programming. So im out probably 200 bucks with trade in with my autologic chip but i think i trust Jerry more then my tuner. (good thing is that my tuner can still tweek with it a little.)

Right now with the way my tuner talks, im going to be happing with 450 rwhp... (want as much as possible of coarse but im not even sure if im going to make my mark with it tuned for 91 octain)

I figured it was that. My inline pump was hooked up correctly but the ground wire came off. It idle perfectly but when I got on the throttle the fuel pressure would drop. Car would sputter and pop. I figured it out in two minutes though when I couldn't hear that loud ass inline pump.

I installed the new pump today and the fuel pressure stays up better but still doesn't hold with no vacuum.

They are looking to make sure i haven't kinked any lines or anything... they said it may be that the sock on the intank fuel pump collapsed. (but it ran fine before i put the supercharger on) The only other explanation that they could think of was that it could be my cheap fuel pressure regulator. So tomorrow we are going to replace the fpr with a auromotive one.

I am also going to replace the new filter just to make sure its not the problem.

Any other ideas?
